We're a small shop looking for a web designer/developer with a good eye for design and the ability to communicate.
Must Haves:
• strong (x)HTML
• strong CSS
• the ability to go from photoshop to code
Very nice if you had:
• javascript (at least the ability to use a library like jQuery)
• PHP
• MySql
• Flash with some knowledge of actionscript
More Bonuses:
• SEO knowledge
• Wordpress
