Sugar worked with Director of Sales and Marketing at Kelby Creek to promote awareness of the Nixa Chamber Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the official opening of Kelby Creek to the community. Nixa officials said it was the biggest turnout for a ribbon cutting they had ever seen.
